Move weekend ends; the real test is the following ten working days. People can find their desk and still lose half a day hunting for meeting rooms, stationery, and the right Wi-Fi SSID.

Appoint a floor host for each neighbourhood—someone who knows where the spare chargers and visitor badges live. Rotate the role weekly so it does not become unpaid facilities work for one person.

Run a single issues board in a shared space or channel. Group items into facilities, technology access, and team norms. Close or reassign every item within forty-eight hours, even if the answer is “ordered, arrives Thursday.”

Hold one neighbourhood walk-through in week two with facilities present. Walking the floor catches problems email never describes: glare on screens, blocked egress, or meeting rooms that book as eight but seat six.

End fortnight one with a short written note from leadership: what is fixed, what remains open, and thanks for patience on the open list. Recognition of unfinished work builds more trust than a claim that everything is fine.
