By using this website or commissioning our change management consultations, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services described

Descriptions of consultations, fees, and timelines on this site are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties sign an engagement letter or statement of work that sets scope, fees, and dates.

Intellectual property

Website content, including text, layout, and graphics, is owned by Branch Base Change Advisory Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy or republish material for commercial use without written permission. Client deliverables remain subject to the licence terms in the relevant engagement letter; typically clients receive a licence to use materials for their internal change programme.

Accuracy and reliance

We take care with site content but do not warrant that every article or fee figure remains current. Advisory recommendations in a paid engagement are based on information you provide and the agreed scope; they are not a substitute for legal, industrial relations, or financial advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for website use is limited to re-supply of information or the cost of re-supply. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are stated in the engagement letter. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law
