From AUD 12,500
Scoped project fee based on headcount, number of floors or buildings, and whether dual-running is required. Includes readiness assessment, decision calendar, communication waves, and two settling-in reviews.
Estimate factors: staff above 80, interstate travel, and compressed timelines under eight weeks.
From AUD 1,850 / day
Day rate for facilitation and advisory, or a fixed fee when announcement week and FAQ support are tightly defined. Travel outside the Great Southern region is quoted separately.
AUD 4,800 fixed
Two-week diagnostic with remote interviews and one on-site day. Deliverable is a written readiness note with ranked gaps—not a full programme plan.
From AUD 950 / session
Per facilitated session of up to ninety minutes, including a one-page leave-behind. Packages of three or six sessions are common inside a larger relocation programme.
Programmes above AUD 8,000 typically require a thirty percent deposit to reserve start dates, with the balance invoiced at milestones agreed in the engagement letter. Day-rate work is invoiced fortnightly.
